How would you describe your  photography style?

My goal is to take romantic photos that capture the story of the wedding day. My priority is not just the bride and groom, but their family and friends who are there to celebrate with them! I think the details, setting, and guests at a wedding are all so important to capture in order to really show what the wedding was all about. I love portraits that feel natural and not stiff, but I always give lots of direction to my couples in order to achieve that look! I make it a priority to help couples feel comfortable in front of my camera - that’s when photos feel the most authentic and natural!

Do you shoot with film or digital mediums?

I am a digital film photographer that loves imagery that emulates that of film photography, without the risk of missing a moment with film technology.

When do you charge travel fees?

Typically travel fees are added on to any wedding or engagement session outside of a 60 mile radius from our home in Finksburg, Maryland. I travel often for my work and love that part of my job, so we like to make it super easy for my couples to take us with them to their wedding. All you’ll need to cover is the cost of getting us there (generally a flight + rental car), plus a hotel for myself and my second shooter for the duration of the event! 

What does the booking process entail?

Yay!! To reserve your wedding date, we’ll need a completed contract and a 33% non-refundable retainer. If you don’t have a contract yet, just let me know and I’ll send one over! The remaining balance will be due 1 month before the wedding.
